The European Athletics Team Championships First League will be staged in Tallinn this weekend with no less than 11 countries competing against each other. Along with Estonia, the host nation, the First League comprises of Belgium, Belarus, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania and Slovenia.

WAFEL athlete Cedric Nolf is set to take part in the long jump competition and will be looking to achieve the 7m95 qualifying mark for the European Athletics Championships in Zürich later this season. The decathlete-turned-long jumper has a PB mark of 7m84 which he jumped just 3 weeks ago.

The men’s long jump competition is scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 3.15PM (local time).
